Customer portals and internal work tools

Web app development for clearer everyday work.

Cut down work that has to be repeated by hand and see which task is waiting. An app built around your process brings the information together, lets you hand tasks to colleagues and follow their status.

What the work covers

What can work in a browser

Define the core action, access and system connections. This service covers web applications; a separate native iOS or Android product needs a different brief.

  1. 01Customer input and required choices
  2. 02Creating a result, enquiry or order
  3. Administrator actions and access

A customer portal or configurator

Choices, calculations or enquiries through one browser journey. Define customer actions and how the team receives the result.

  1. 01Staff roles and processes
  2. 02Entering, reviewing and approving information
  3. Connections, source files and maintenance responsibilities

Questions and answers

Does every feature need to be in the first release?

No. Establish the essential working journey and a first version you can test. Additional features can be planned in later stages.

Where do we start if we need a lot?

With a first version that has the key features. Real users try it, and we plan the next improvements from their experience.

Can the app connect to the tools we already use?

If the tool offers a connection (API) or data import and export, it can be added. Each integration is checked before work starts.

What determines the project cost?

Scope, content, functionality and connections to other systems. The proposal identifies deliverables, responsibilities and any separate ongoing costs.

Can you work with our existing website or system?

Yes. We start by reviewing the current site, content and data. In a rebuild we keep useful addresses or plan redirects so search visibility is not lost.

Do the files and access stay with us?

We agree this in the proposal. At handover we pass on the files, domain and hosting access, admin rights and content management, so you can carry on without us.

How will we see the results?

Before launch we agree the key metrics, such as enquiries, orders or cost per lead, and set up analytics so you can see them in reports.

Do you help after launch?

Yes, if you need it. Maintenance, content updates, SEO, ads or team training are agreed as separate work.

Which languages can we work in?

We work in Latvian, Russian and English. We meet in Riga by arrangement or remotely, and we can build sites in several languages.

How do we get started?

Fill in the enquiry form: describe the goal briefly and add a link to your current site or examples. After a conversation we prepare a proposal with the scope, stages and deliverables.
