Work details

  • What to prepare before design

Describe the business, audience, values and differences. Share an existing logo and visual examples, explaining what you like. This helps establish a design direction.

  • Concepts, selection and revisions

Discuss concepts alongside their reasoning and applications. Develop the selected direction through agreed feedback. The number of concepts and review stages belongs in the proposal.

  • Artwork for print and digital use

Agree vector and raster formats, such as SVG, PDF and PNG. Consider colour, single-colour and light or dark background versions; specialist software files need agreement.

  • The logo within a brand system

The archived Aurina Auto example connects its logo to company materials. For consistent colours, typography and usage rules, continue with visual identity development.

Questions and answers

Can you refresh an existing logo?

Yes. Review recognisable elements and technical problems first. Agree whether it needs refinement or a wider identity change.

What should I send to begin logo design?

Send the name, activity, audience, values and intended applications. Add colours and references if useful; a finished idea is optional.

Which files will I receive?

Agreed vector and image formats, such as SVG, PDF, AI or EPS, PNG and JPG. Specify sizes, colour modes and light or dark background versions.

How are concepts and revisions agreed?

The proposal defines concepts and revision scope. Discuss alternatives and refine the chosen direction before approving the final artwork.

Will the logo work small and in one colour?

Yes, we check it during design. We prepare colour, single-colour and dark-background versions and check how the logo looks small, for example in a browser tab or on a stamp.

What does the cost of design work depend on?

On the scope: the number of concepts, versions, materials and formats. After a conversation we prepare a proposal with an agreed brief and the files you will receive.

Do the design files and rights stay with us?

File handover and usage rights are set out in the proposal. Once approved, you receive the final files to use in print, on your website and on social media.

Can you build a website in the new style too?

Yes. Websites, online shops and digital materials are made by the same team, so the brand style carries on into digital.

Which languages can we work in?

We work in Latvian, Russian and English. We meet in Riga by arrangement or remotely, and we can prepare materials in several languages.

How do we get started?

Fill in the enquiry form: tell us about the business, the audience and where the design will be used, and add examples you like. After a conversation we prepare a proposal.
